Not at all. Our full-service offering means you simply share your idea — a description, sketch, photo, or reference image — and our design team builds the 3D model for you. Once the design is complete, we send you a digital preview for approval before any printing begins. No technical knowledge or files required from your end.
FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) uses filament to build parts layer by layer — ideal for functional items, larger prints, and a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, and flexible TPU. Resin printing uses UV-cured liquid resin to produce extremely fine detail — ideal for scale models, jewelry, figurines, and display pieces. Our team recommends the best technology for your specific project.
Simple, single-part prints are typically ready within 2–5 business days from design approval. Multi-part assemblies, large-format prints, or complex projects will have a custom timeline confirmed at the quoting stage. Rush orders may be available depending on current workload — mention your deadline in your quote request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We print in a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU (flexible), standard resin, and specialty options such as wood-fill, metal-fill, glow-in-the-dark, and silk PLA. Material availability may vary — mention your preferred material or application in your quote request and we will confirm what is available for your project.
Yes — always. Before any print job begins, our design team sends you a digital 3D render or model preview for your review and approval. You can request changes at this stage at no extra charge. We only proceed to printing once you have confirmed you are happy with the design. This ensures the final product matches your expectations exactly.
The applications are almost limitless. Popular uses include real estate property scale models and display props, restaurant table décor and branded accessories, product prototypes and concept models for small businesses, custom gifts and keepsakes, replacement parts, hobby and gaming pieces, and personalized home décor. All completed 3D prints are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage in transit. We ship Ontario-wide via tracked courier and provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Local pickup is also available from our Aurora location at 175 Melvin Robson Ave. Fragile or oversized items receive additional custom packaging at no extra charge.
