Our storage service covers two categories of items — open house signs and printed materials ordered through Good Signs. This includes coroplast signs, sandwich boards, rider boards, pull-up banners, brochures, flyers, presentation folders, postcards, and any other print products we have produced for you. Storage is not available for items sourced from third-party suppliers.

If you are a sign installation member, your signs are automatically returned to your storage inventory after every open house — no action required from you. For non-members who use our printing service, simply drop off your signs at our Aurora location or arrange a pickup and we will log them into your storage inventory ready for your next use.

You have two options. You can pick up your items directly from our Aurora facility at 175 Melvin Robson Ave. during business hours — just give us advance notice so your items are ready for collection. Alternatively, you can request delivery to your next open house location or office through your account portal or by contacting us directly.

Storage pricing is based on the volume and type of materials you need stored. Contact us at info@goodsigns.ca or submit an enquiry through our website and we will provide a tailored storage quote based on your inventory. Pricing is confirmed before any storage agreement begins — no surprise fees.

Yes. Every item in your storage inventory is catalogued and tracked in our system. You will have a clear record of what is stored, quantities on hand, and the condition of your items. This means nothing gets lost, mixed up with another client’s inventory, or goes unaccounted for between open house weekends.

All stored items are kept in a clean, dry, and organized facility. Signs are stored flat or upright to prevent warping or damage. Printed materials such as brochures and flyers are stored in protective sleeves or boxes to prevent bending, moisture damage, or fading. We treat your materials with the same care we put into producing them.

Yes. Any time you place a print order through Good Signs, you can request that the finished items go directly into your storage inventory instead of being shipped to you. This is ideal for agents and brokerages who want to build up a reserve of marketing materials that are ready to deploy at any time without waiting for a new print run.
