Our minimum rental period is one day. We also offer weekly and monthly rental rates for longer-term needs. The longer your rental period, the better the daily rate. All rental periods and pricing are confirmed through our quote process. Contact us at info@goodsigns.ca or submit a rental quote request and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

We offer a range of indoor and outdoor LED screens in multiple sizes to suit different venues and events. Available models vary depending on current inventory. If you have a specific size or application in mind, mention it in your quote request and we’ll match you with the right screen for your event and budget.

Delivery and professional setup are available as part of your rental. Pricing depends on your event location and screen size. Delivery is available across the GTA, York Region, Durham Region, and Hamilton/Halton. For locations outside these areas, contact us to discuss availability and any additional delivery charges that may apply.

At the time of booking confirmation, we pre-authorize a security deposit on your credit or debit card. This is a temporary hold — no money is charged unless there is damage, loss, or a late return. Once your screen is collected and inspected, the hold is released within 3–5 business days. The deposit amount varies depending on the screen size and rental duration.

Your content can be loaded via USB drive in common formats including MP4, JPG, PNG, and PDF. Our team will confirm supported formats for your specific screen model at the time of booking. If you need help preparing your content or playlist, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to assist you before your event date.

We recommend reaching out at least 5–7 business days before your event to guarantee your preferred screen size and dates, especially during peak periods such as spring market season, holidays, and busy event weekends. Last-minute rentals may be available subject to current inventory — contact us at info@goodsigns.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We document the condition of every screen before delivery and upon return. If damage beyond normal wear is identified, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. We’ll always notify you and provide full documentation before any charges are applied. We recommend keeping the screen in a secure, covered area when not in active use.

Yes — rental extensions are available subject to current screen availability. Contact us as early as possible if you’d like to extend, ideally before your original return date. Extension rates are charged at the standard daily or weekly rate. We’ll confirm availability and send an updated rental agreement before processing any additional charges to your payment method.
