Every membership plan includes unlimited open house sign placement and removal within your service area, up to 3 locations per week. Members receive priority booking, GeoSign AI™ placement recommendations, real-time GPS tracking, and full access to the online booking portal. Additional locations beyond the weekly limit are available at standard rates.


Log in to your Good Signs member portal, select your open house date and address, and confirm your booking — all online. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Members receive priority scheduling over all standard bookings, and same-week requests are accommodated when availability allows.

Your membership covers up to 3 open house locations per calendar week. If you need additional locations, they can be added to your booking at our standard non-member rate. Contact us in advance so we can make sure your team is fully covered for the weekend.

We currently serve the Greater Toronto Area, York Region (Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan), Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa), and Hamilton/Halton. If your listing is outside these areas, contact us — we’re continuously expanding our service coverage across Ontario.

Life happens. Cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled installation and we’ll credit your account at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Credits never expire and can be applied to any future booking.

When you submit your open house address, GeoSign AI™ analyzes the property location, surrounding street layout, and nearby intersections to automatically recommend the highest-visibility sign placement route. The result is more directional coverage, better buyer navigation, and more foot traffic — without you lifting a finger.

The Annual Plan ($3,600/year) offers the lowest monthly cost at $300/month and covers all 12 months with no gaps. The Peak Season Plan ($500/month) runs April through October for agents focused on the spring and summer market. The Off-Season Plan ($350/month) covers November through March. Monthly plans (Peak Season and Off-Season) can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The Annual Plan is billed in full at signup and is non-refundable once activated, but you may contact us to discuss options if your circumstances change. Switching between plans at renewal time is always available — simply select your new plan before your current one expires.
